Orders may only be placed for goods subject exclusively to the terms and conditions below. By placing an order you are deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.

Hangerworld Ltd. reserves the right to change the prices of any products offered for sale without prior notice. Cancellations or alterations to orders must be made within 24 hours of ordering.

Whilst every effort will be made to fulfill orders, cancellations or variations may be necessary as a result of an Act of God, war, lockout, fire, flood, drought or other causes beyond the control of Hangerworld Ltd.

Customers must notify Hangerworld Ltd. of any shortage of goods or other complaints or problems immediately visible within 7 days of receipt. We endeavour to ensure that the description of the goods sold in our online shop is accurate therefore if you decide to return your order we will refund your purchase payment but not the postage costs. In the event of a non or damaged delivery, breakages, shortages or otherwise, Hangerworld Ltd. will return any monies paid by you in respect of the same and the goods must not be returned to us without our prior consent. Hangerworld Ltd. can not be held responsible for temperature damaged goods.

All material including images, text and audio within the Hangerworld site is the property of Hangerworld Ltd. and is subject to copyright. All trademarks, names, logos and other intellectual property is also owned by Hangerworld Ltd. You may browse this site for personal entertainment and information, and reproduction for non-commercial personal use is permitted. Any modification, transmission, hiring, copying (other than for non-commercial personal use) re-using or otherwise using the content of this website for public or commercial purposes is prohibited.
