Hangerworld aim to dispatch all orders received before 1pm on the same day. We offer the following delivery services to our customers:
Free 3-5 working day delivery service - UK mainland customers only
Depending on the weight of your order, goods will either be delivered by Royal Mail Second Class Post - a non-guaranteed 3-5 working day service, or Parcelforce.
1-2 day delivery service - UK mainland customers only
Depending on the weight of your order, our 1-2 day service is dispatched by:
- Royal Mail First Class Post. Royal Mail advise that 90% of first class post in the UK will arrive the following day. Unfortunately, the other 10% can take up to 3 days to arrive.
- Parcelforce 48 - a 98% guarantee for 48 hour service
Next day delivery service - UK mainland customers only
Our Next Day service is with Parcelforce or Royal Mail Special Delivery for lighter items.
Before 9am, 10am and 12am delivery and non-signature services are available on request.
Please note that we are unable to guarantee same day dispatch on orders that are placed after 1pm.
Delivery services for UK Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and EU customers
Delivery charges will vary depending on your location and the weight of your order. Items will normally be dispatched with Royal Mail or an international courier.
Charges will be displayed at the checkout once you have indicated your delivery country.

We do not routinely ship outside the EU, however we are able to make arrangements under certain circumstances. Please contact us if you require more details on our international services.
Proof of delivery
When deliveries are made to BFPO, HMS or RAF establishments or any other establishment where a person other than the addressee is responsible for signing for deliveries, that person's signature is deemed to be proof of delivery to the customer. Hangerworld Ltd. is unable to guarantee delivery beyond this point.
Calculating your delivery costs
All standard delivery charges and postage upgrade options will be displayed at the checkout once you have indicated your destination country. Prices are inclusive of VAT.
