Returns & refunds
Whilst every effort is made to fulfil orders that our customers are 100% satisfied with, mistakes, delays or a simple change of mind are not entirely unheard of.
To refund or exchange an item purchased from Hangerworld, please return it, along with a completed returns form, within 14 days of receiving it. Address all returns to:

I’m returning goods because I don’t like them or I’ve changed my mind
To return unwanted goods that are in perfect condition, please ensure they are packaged well and returned to us in a re-saleable condition. A completed returns form must be enclosed. Customers must arrange to return the goods at their own expense.
I’m returning goods because they were sent to me incorrectly or arrived too late
If you have received incorrect or delayed items from us, please ensure they are packaged well and returned to us in a re-saleable condition. A completed returns form must be enclosed specifying whether you would like a refund to be issued or the correct goods to be sent out.
Hangerworld will cover the cost of postage:
- For parcels that arrived by Royal Mail, please print off a returns label (see below) and take the parcel to your nearest Post Office for despatch.
- For parcels that arrived by courier, please contact Hangerworld to arrange a collection. The goods must be accompanied by a completed returns form upon collection.

I’m returning goods that are damaged
To return damaged goods to Hangerworld, please repackage the item and send it back to us with a completed returns form.
Hangerworld will cover the cost of postage:

Refunds
A refund to the value of the goods will be issued within 30 days of the receipt of returned items. If you have paid for extra postage costs, these will all be reimbursed for incorrect or damaged orders.
Exchanges
If you have received an incorrect or faulty item and you wish to exchange it for the item originally ordered, please specify this on the returns form when sending the item back to us.
